マイクラでエフェクトを与えるコマンド、effect。基本コマンドの確認。
エフェクトを与える: Gives an effect.
/effect give <targets> <effect> [<seconds>] [<amplifier>] [<hideParticles>]
targets: effectを与えたい人・entities
seconds: 持続時間。defaults to 30 seconds. 0~1000000
amplifier: エフェクトのレベルを設定。0~255
giveはver1.12では不要
エフェクトを解除する: Removes an effect.
/effect clear [<targets>] [<effect>]
